TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Booking order/ Purchase order must be provided
- CORON BANCUANG MANSION is separate entity from transportation, business (airline, boat and van) thus not be held responsible for anything related to incidents re-timing etc.
- Incidents caused by force majeure are subject for refund
- Full payment shall be made 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid any inconvenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY and NO show
- Cancellation must be in written form and is applicable as per person and per group
- In case of cancellation, we shall charge 50 % from the package, if you cancel fifteen (15days) before your visit and
- Hundred percent (100%) if done in seven days (7) or on the day of visit with no refund
- Refund checks shall be issued not earlier than 7-14 banking days after cancellation of booking.
